A massive thank you to Gary and his team at the Inn on the Lake @iotl_ullswater for producing 55 wonderful Christmas lunches, Chocolates, Crackers & Fizz which were distributed around the Parish this afternoon. Thanks also to the Parish Elves who helped with the distribution!

@bt_uk Eventually got hold of someone after an hour on hold. Issue still not fixed even though your online system tells me it is. Very poor service once again and I'm still without a landline and broadband.

Once again I have to ask @bt_uk if you can fix my landline and broadband. First reported 23rd June and I've been sat trying to get through to you on the phone for 21 minutes and counting. VOL053-2909595321456 - your system says it's fixed and it isn't and never had been!

Any chance @bt_uk of getting my landline and broadband working. Been out since 11th April and it's getting more than a little annoying..... VOL053-7563790977933

@bt_uk My account is still saying my fault is fixed which it is NOT. I have raised another fault (VOL053-7563790977933) but it is not showing up. I run our local Covid-19 emergency support group and need this fixed asap. Please help!
