Fraudsters often create urgency to trick you into sharing sensitive details. Don’t share your OTP, PIN, CVV or click on unknown links.

@AxisBank My NRO Citibank account was converted to Axis. I had many issues I couldn’t use mobile app. They added +91 for my US number. Now I Couldn’t submit KYC. After several try I contacted to customer service and he said my account is not NRO account and I have to go to branch .BS

@AxisBank I have CKYC. But I still got email from Axis Bank to update my KYC. Sometimes these emails come from Axis Bank even when KYC update is not required. I ignored the email. Now my account is locked.
