Additionally homelessness has plagued the whole city. Lastly streets are dark due to copper wire theft.

Make LA fun again. This city closes too early. Hollywood Blvd, Sunset Blvd and the 3rd Street Promenade are dead. The studio lots are quiet. Light up the Hollywood Sign until Griffith Observatory closes at 10 PM. Bring back film production. Have concerts at the Santa Monica Pier
