the pregame meal to end all pregame meals: - 7oz 95/5 ground beef - 1 sweet potato - 1 avocado - 5 eggs - 1 carrot - 1/4 onion - 1 cup spinach - 1/3 cup of mushrooms - 1/3 cup beets nutrition: 81g carbs 61g fat 106g protein fat intake is a bit high (slows digestion + delays glycogen delivery) but i offset this with rice cake + honey top up 3 ish hours before game. i’ve found eating ~6 before the game is the sweet spot. unsolicited advice: keep refining + experimenting until you find what works

@HanClanSolo77 I know, I mean fancy naming Hunt captain. I mean a player who has been captain and assistant captain multipul times in his career makes no sense at all does it? There is more to Hunt than other teams fans are giving him credit for.
