I was in a small men’s gathering and the topic was house rent and agents… the way they just add "extra extra" charges these days Then one man shared his own story. He said he built an apartment... like 10 room and parlour, plus 5 self-con... mainly for corp members. Room and parlour: 400k Selfcon: 300k yearly And everything got filled in like a week. But later he discovered something shocking… The agent was collecting from people: 700k (minimum) 800k even 900k total package He was genuinely shocked like: "Why una dey do like this?" Then what really got me was this part… He said he’s even living in a rented 2-bedroom apartment paying 600k yearly. And because he knows how hard rent can be, that’s why he tries not to overcharge his own tenants.
