I’ve just left a hospital in Dublin, one of my best friends wife has very little time left. A stronger woman you’d never meet, the glue that held the family together. She was diagnosed with Cancer last October, despite operations and chemo nothing can be done. I hate cancer.

Today we remember Garda Robbie Mc Callion a proud Mayo man stationed in Letterkenny who died on this date in 2009 from injuries sustained when struck by a stolen car on March 26th.

@KildareGAA I am a Mayo and l was at this very enjoyable game yesterday. Very impressed with this Kildare team and the attractive football they play. Like a lot of Mayo supporters feeling sad that Kildare have been relegated. Expect to see you at the business end of this year's championship.
