I think my favorite read of THE DRAMA is it as an examination of America’s mass violence fetish running parallel with our instinct to perform morality and grade ourselves against others. The hypocrisy is obvious but still so skillfully depicted, especially in the performances.

The funny thing about this character is she represents most of you, like this site is 80% people who think they’re in a position to morally judge others and throw the first stone, when they’re actually the people with the most anger and hate in their heart
