A lot of y’all don’t realize jealousy, gossip, and lying about people is a form of witchcraft that no one talks about. Speaking curses on someone’s name, planting seeds of doubt in others’ minds, manifesting destruction with your tongue, that’s spellwork in its rawest form. It’s energy manipulation, period. But here’s the truth… Authenticity is divine armor. When you’re real with yourself and others, no hate, no lie, no slander can hold power over you. The True Light breaks every spell. Stay true. Stay chosen. Let them cast their shadows while you walk in your glow.

Your Android phone’s storage is full.
You delete photos, videos, apps. It’s still full.
Because it’s not the visible files that are eating up your storage. Most of it is the HIDDEN junk that Android never tells you about.
I cleaned mine yesterday and got 23GB back without deleting a single photo.
Here’s how:

Step 1: Pause
Say nothing for 3–4 seconds. Just look at them calmly and let the silence settle in. That pause matters. It forces the room to register what just happened and makes the behavior feel as inappropriate as it is. People often continue disrespect only when others rush to smooth it over.
Step 2: Correct the volume
Respond in a calm, steady voice:
“I can hear you perfectly well. There is no need to raise your voice to make your point.”
This does two things. First, it shows composure. Second, it makes it clear that the issue is not the work—it is their behavior.
Step 3: Walk out
End the interaction professionally:
“I’m going to step out until we can speak like professionals. Let me know when you’re ready to continue.”
Then leave. Do not stay in the room and absorb further humiliation. Walking away is not weakness. It is boundary-setting.
Step 4: Document the incident
As soon as possible, send a short follow-up email. Keep it factual, not emotional. Summarize what happened, the context, and your response. Copy anyone who reasonably needs visibility, such as HR or another relevant leader. The goal is not drama. The goal is to create a record. In many workplaces, memory is selective, but written documentation lasts.
Step 5: Be prepared
Be ready for backlash. A manager who is comfortable shouting in public may also try to punish boundaries in private. Stay calm, keep records, and decide early what your limit is. If the disrespect becomes a pattern, be prepared to leave.
And that preparation should start immediately. Update your CV. Start applying. Start interviewing.
A workplace where basic respect disappears is not a place to build your future.
Your job may pay your bills, but it should never cost you your dignity.
