Dead on arrival. Only mad people would sign such a document! Since Pakistan is acting as a mediator and it possesses nuclear weapons, it would agree to transfer 10 nuclear warheads to Tehran to achieve nuclear parity with Israel. In exchange, Iran would hand over its highly enriched uranium to Pakistan, not the USA!
