This Remembrance Sunday, we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice. We must never forget them — nor can we forget the veterans and serving personnel who continue to protect our freedom.

Tomorrow (Friday), if you need a chat, I will be at Belmont Community Centre coffee morning from 10.30 and then St Martin's FoodShare AT THE CHURCH HALL from 12.

Cllr Jacqui Carwardine (Newton Farm) and I will be at tomorrow morning's advice surgery 10-12. No appointment needed, just pop in. The kettle will be on.

Speaking up at full Council today. I'm pleased that Belmont Road was cleared of weeds last week, but now is the time to check the safety of the corroded and disintegrating railings, which are there to protect pedestrians.

Tomorrow, (Monday), St Martin's FoodShare as usual. 11am Scout Hut, Blackmarston Rd & 12.15 pm St Martin's Church, Ross Rd. Prevent waste by sharing food being thrown away by shops. All welcome. At church, a hot lunch is available free. I'll be at both venues if you need a chat.

🚨BREAKING🚨 Liberal Democrats have won control of Shropshire County Council for the first time. 🔶 A whopping 29 GAINS and 42 councillors sees us knock the Conservatives out of control.

🚨Lib Dem win!🚨 Glad to see the government is listening to our calls for a Youth Mobility Scheme with the EU. This has to be the first step in fixing our broken relationship with the EU.

This is such sad news for our entire @LibDems and @WelshLibDems family. Jenny was a true force for good in our Lords team and as a minister in Cardiff Bay and Westminster. She was dedicated, kind and respected. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
