To my friends on the political Right: I understand the feeling that people are putting words into Charlie Kirk's mouth. At some level, I agree and share your frustration.
Try to remember: a lot of people loved Charlie. It is natural for them to debate his views and his legacy. In fact, I think Charlie would welcome that.
But for now, let's celebrate our friend, remember his impact, and save the debate for after his funeral.

The media is silent while his family mourns his loss. I fully support his family's demand for a thorough and transparent investigation. They deserve nothing less.

Just so we’re clear… as someone who actually read multiple (non-public and public) filings, people on both sides of the lawsuit acknowledge the culture was perpetuated, known and accepted by Kirk.
That means it’s really not a fact that was ever contested.
I can’t publicly comment on the non-public filings, but let’s just say they corroborate the public ones.
Kirk threw Doyle under the bus to save himself and Brian. That’s all there is to it. It was the most minimally invasive response to satisfy the plaintiffs.
