Any recommendations for a simple iOS Mac voice recorder? I am familiar with the Memo app / and I don’t like it — I don’t want to sync with the iPhone, just want to open it, record, and save the note locally as an MP3 file.

Generalmente trato de mantenerme agnóstico respecto a la política o los conflictos, pero en este caso me afecta de lleno y callar es darle espacio a los que gritan más fuerte. Hace unos días he estado absorbiendo todo lo que está pasando en Israel: todas las opiniones, los videos, hablando con mi familia y amigos allá para ver si están bien, qué novedades hay, viendo cómo ayudar desde lejos, etc. Ya muchos dieron su opinión sobre lo que está ocurriendo, mejor de lo que puedo hacerlo yo: Moldavsky youtube.com/watch?v=2gWPuN…, @oligold_ x.com/oligold_/statu…, @martinvars x.com/martinvars/sta… Lo que vivió el pueblo judío es terror. Lo que hace Hamas es terrorismo. Su intención es muy clara: eliminar a los judíos del mundo, al igual que los nazis. No sugarcoating. Mi reflexión, después de ya haber pasado unos días, tiene que ver con la reacción de la sociedad. Lo que yo y otros muchos vemos claramente, mucha otra gente no lo ve. Sé que es muy difícil cambiar la mentalidad de esa gente, pero estos son momentos de expresarse y marcar dónde está la línea. De intentar calibrarnos como sociedad. De acordar qué está bien y qué está mal. De resignificar la palabra empatía. Ver gente opinando que “Israel se lo merece”, “Es un apartheid”, justificando de alguna manera la barbarie que ocurrió el fin de semana, realmente no me entra en la cabeza. Porque no son gente de Hamas, son ciudadanos del mundo, como vos y yo, que por alguna razón se subieron a esta causa. Solo poniéndose a pensar un segundo si esto le pasara a tu familia o amigos, te daría escalofríos. Inentendible. Y el problema es que no son “algunos pocos”... Por suerte la comunidad judía del mundo e Israel estamos unidos y fuertes, expresando lo que sentimos. Las imágenes que van a aparecer ahora de Gaza destruida, de familias sin hogar, de gente muerta son igual de desgarradoras para mi. Israel esta en su derecho de defenderse y lamentablemente con terroristas no hay otra forma. Hamas es un cancer que tiene que ser eliminado. Ojalá el pueblo palestino pueda encontrar paz con un liderazgo como se merece cualquier pueblo del mundo. Que esta pesadilla se acabe pronto. Am Israel Jai. El pueblo de Israel vive. 💪❤️☮
