Final activity of camp week was a trip to the Spitfire museum 😊 some great facts learnt and amazing questions asked!

Happy Friday! The children still had plenty of energy left for jump today! Hopefully parents we have tired them out for you and you will have a peaceful Friday evening! 🤣

More Betteshanger fun! 😊 Even the teachers decided to join the fun and cool off 🤣 the children certainly enjoyed soaking us! All children are now showered and clean! 🧼

What an amazing day we have had at Betteshanger! The children really threw themselves into every activity and have faced every challenge with bravery and determination! Sorry again parents… they are very muddy and smelly! 🤣

Good morning from camp! 🏕️ All children slept well and are fed for an exciting day at Betteshanger! It’s going to be a warm one so we expect many will fancy a dip in the mud to cool off! 🤣

Lovely evening walk … the children have all settled in well 😊 here’s hoping we have tired them out enough for a good nights sleep!

Camp part 2 have arrived! 😊 we are looking forward to a day at the beach with all of our campers before camp part 1 go home! What beautiful weather we are having! ☀️

It is now time for a new campfire story from Mr Saunders! It even involves sound effects and actions…what a treat! We cannot believe it is already night 2 🙈😊

Day 2… so much fun had on the Boonies assault course! 😊 Sorry parents… we are a bit smelly and muddy now!

Some children have even said it’s the best sleep they’ve had! 🤣

Good morning parents! ☀️ Some very happy campers this morning, well fed and ready for a day at Betteshanger! All slept well … a peaceful first night!

In an attempt to tire our campers out, we are enjoying a walk through the marshes and a play in the park 🛝

Parents… we are learning new skills at camp too! Prepping the salad for dinner and washing up too! 🥗 🧼

What an amazing start to Year 6 camp! Plenty of happy campers enjoying the start to new Herne traditions! 🏕️
