90% of their payroll is sidelined. (@hoopshype)
@WizardsMuse1 Nah can’t lie, I’m a wiz fan but unless AD is healthy I’m not a fan of this trade, I really hope Dawkins knows what he’s doing when trading for this injury prone of a player but again he’s a demon when healthy so let’s see how it goes
the wizards got trae young and anthony davis for a 34 year old cone, a 34 year old averaging 10 PPG, the 30th pick, a fake pick, a backup center and two players that dont play
this is the greatest fleece job ive ever seen
@AlonsoBall88@_RNDRT@TheDunkCentral@JoshuaBRobbins Both aren’t bad options since we’ve flipped Bagley already and possible to do it again since he’s a solid backup/veteran big man that could do well on a different team, that and only issue for Cam is his lack of maturity on and off the court so who knows if we could fleece again
@_RNDRT@hero_cooler@TheDunkCentral@JoshuaBRobbins They're probably gonna give up Middleton's expiring, some filler (maybe Bagley/Whitmore) and a late 1st
If they end up turning the corpses of CJ and Middleton into Trae and Zion that Front Office needs a statue
Some of the Wizards’ assets could satisfy the Pelicans in a potential trade for Zion Williamson, per @JoshuaBRobbins
“The Pelicans reportedly have told teamsthey’re not going to trade Williamson, Herb Jones, Trey Murphy III, Derik Queen or Jeremiah Fears. As it pertains to Williamson only, however, league sources expressed skepticism to The Athletic about that report. League sources said they cannot envision any scenario in which Washington would give up one of its own future first-round picks. But one source speculated that a pick owed to the Wizards, such as the least favorable of the Houston Rockets’ (top-four protected), LA Clippers and Oklahoma City Thunder’s 2026 first-round picks, might satisfy the Pelicans’ goals. To be crystal clear: The Wizards trading for Williamson appears to be an extreme long shot. But it was mentioned as a possibility by enough league sources that it at least should be mentioned here.”
