The results (10,000-trial Monte Carlo): → Clear ocean: 300m range at BER < 10⁻⁶ → Coastal water: 63m — enough for sub-to-ship relay → Harbor: 17m — operational for docking approach → Temperature compliance: PASS across -5°C to +40°C → Manufacturing yield: 100% at design range → Noise budget: 5 sources modeled independently (McIntyre, shot, thermal, TIA, background) No marketing slides.
