$NQ: Seeing a body closing near the low of the daily range on the 1D chart. Price close to the next daily Sellside level. If it does want to escape the range it’s bounded in, let’s see where we open on Sunday evening. Can we anticipate a geopolitical event taking place to escape the range over the weekend?

@prodigy_005 but sometimes like Friday if you have an unplanned element your strategy will not work even if your signal was confirmed and this is part of the distribution as you said but if it happens 6 times or the analyse is wrong or something has changed no ?

Regardless of street, size should already be defined before you enter. If the risk is small enough to survive 6 losses, the question becomes psychological. And a strategy didn’t “fail” because it produced losses. Losses are part of the distribution. The real test is whether you can execute without needing a reason every time. Once you have an edge defined and have the evidence it works, all that matters is execution with proper size and risk management.

If I gave you a strategy that wins 55% of the time with 2R targets… Could you follow it through 6 losses in a row without changing anything? Be honest.

@prodigy_005 yes I agree with you about the money management and losses it should be known before to take position and respected something iam not able to do yet ,the word failed was maybe not adapted. a strategy is a succession of elements which will give you the signal.

@prodigy_005 great thank you for the video. you took position only when one candle closed above the IFVG ?where is your SL ? i took position when it took asia low but missing confirmation so not very confident about that why did you not short it after it took the NDOG.

@hert_____a It’s useful to base LTF narratives off of HTF quadrant levels on your chart to anticipate what price is reaching for. I have annotated the quadrants of the daily FVG that formed with the 11/26/25 candle here on the 5m chart. See the algorithmic reaction @ C.E. lvl of the 1D FVG.

NQ Last Hour Execution - Breakeven. Entered off 1m +OB laying on C.E. of 1D FVG. Moved SL to BE after taking out minor buyside and got stopped out. This is why risk management matters. One clean adjustment protects you from unnecessary losses.
