@EricMGarcia @emilyykennard but service animals don't actually require any documentation that they're a service animal, there's no certification process for it. All a business can ask is if the animal is required for a disability and what task are the trained for.

Apparently, Babydog is Jim Justice's service dog, even though she's not trained to be a service dog. That's the way she's allowed into Justice's favorite place in the DMV: the Outback Steakhouse. via @emilyykennard

Judges, if they haven't stated a basis, there's nothing to rule on!

If you are crossing an expert, you don't say "are you a paid shill for the other side." It's more like
1. "The State pays you?"
2. "The State trains you?"
3. "The State spoke to you about your testimony?"
And so on. Then in CLOSING you argue they're biased.

The thing about doing this to someone *without due process* is that it means it can be done to anyone, even citizens - all it needs is an accusation & speed. That means a future unhinged Democratic admin could do it to, say, a smarmy TV host. Is that a world anyone wants?

This video is so disturbing. I’ve always considered myself pro-Israel. But if that now means arresting, jailing, and deporting someone whose only “crime” we know of was writing a pro-Palestine op-ed, then count me out. I want nothing to do with that.
