@LikewizeRepair I responded with the order reference number. Even did another call and was told it would be escalated and I would get a call back from the admin team on Friday. Nothing happened. Called again today as it's been nearly a month and not getting through to right people to sort out

@LikewizeRepair Wouldn't trust them to repair any gadgets. Been waiting a month for my watch to be repaired only to be told now that they will settle with a below value amount that wouldn't even buy refurbished device
