@RoyalMailHelp @hethomas260 If you go onto the section where you try and input details about accessibility needs there is a problem as it just keeps saying Oops! and despite clicking try again it doesn't work. Tried both android and iPhone.

@RoyalMailHelp there seems to be an issue with your app on both android and iPhone -"oops something went wrong" when trying to update account settings.
