@wuzzerino OYL is a random proc on late race. It's a long track so the distance is huge and it can just proc after your acceleration phase is over.

@wuzzerino OYL isn't a reliable accel in the next CM so you're better off just going maestro + slick surge. Even in TT context this should work cause you're getting a gold skill
