I’ve realized something lately. I don’t have a circle of women whose lives are moving in the same direction as mine. Women who are building careers. Launching businesses. Applying for opportunities. Learning new skills. Holding each other accountable. Celebrating wins without competition. I want that. Every Excel feature I learn makes me appreciate how much work goes into turning raw data into useful information.

Choosing the right tool matters. Find & Replace is great for repeated values. When every row is different, formulas or other Excel tools can save a lot more time.

I used to think Excel was just for entering data. I learnt that cleaning data is where the real work begins.
