apart from work hard, upskill more . we need to talk about the fact that the hiring market for freshers in IT sector is changed ,from what it was since last 20 years . before companies used to hire 5-6lakh candidates every year , now they only hire 1 lakh/year . this is the truth

Got rejected in LTI mindtree because I had another offer Got rejected in HCL aptitude Got rejected in Google because I was not well prepared Got rejected in infosys Got rejected in TCS last year Got rejected for 4.5 lpa offer in local xyz startups multiple times Got selected in Wipro Got selected in TCS Got selected in 2 Remote startups one on-campus and one offcampus. Got selected in 2 xyz small startups. The journey has not been easy, infact it has just started One year in IT. Inbox full of "we regret to inform you that after careful consideration....."
