I don't understand how basically me not being completely available for a possible call in on my scheduled day off is a problem when being on call is NOT part of my job description or contract. But whatever I guess. I always get the short end of whatever shit stick there is.

If I ever end it all I hope those who matter know how hard I tried to stay.

The vet diagnosed Ember with terminal osteosarcoma (bone cancer), and said we have 2 weeks left with her if we're lucky. Sent home with pain medication and have been monitoring her. If anyone can donate to help me pay for the eventual euthanasia and cremation, I'd appreciate it❤️

I don't understand how it can be so surprising that I'm annoyed when the unemployed adult in the house is always busy with a video game.

Prior to a vet appt, it's looking much less likely that the ankle or leg is broken, and more likely that it may be sprained with a contusion that needs lanced. Fingers crossed for the best! 🤞🏼 My gfm goal is where it's at for worst case scenario purposes. Vet scheduled soon!

I've tried so hard to make this a life worth living but it's just not.

I don't know what to fucking do. There is nothing I can fucking do. I've given everything I have for years with nothing to show for it except for continuing to struggle and suffer. Every time I try to be optimistic that optimism is shattered because something comes crashing down.

Actually scared I may try to ☠️ myself sometime soon because I just can't anymore. I don't make enough with one job to survive but I physically and mentally can't do anything else, and my brother is pretty much no help because he can never keep a job at all.

It really is true when they say people don't leave jobs, they leave bad managers/companies. I love my job, but the unreasonable expectations coupled with the gross lack of support for the department from the company and the constant negativity from my manager is too much.

I love my residents so fucking much but at this point every single part of me is tired in every single way, and I'm also so tired of always being wrong, doing wrong, being accused of things, being belittled and nit-picked...

Was extremely sick last week and had to be out of work a few days. Manager was pissed even though for 2 of those days I was literally, against my own will, unconscious for 98% of the time.
