💔I will be taking a leave from posting for just a while... I have unfortunately been diagnosed with a large ascending aortic aneurysm and I must get it replaced. youtube.com/watch?v=h_u6Sf… On October 1, 2024, please think of me and keep me in your prayers 🙏 as I undergo an open thoracotomy ascending aortic aneurysm repair. ... scary... was not at all in my life plan. However, we must accept and deal with what life throws at us, and I am going into this optimistically and plan on doing everything my doctors say to do after surgery to recover fully. Then I will be back to continue updating as much as I can regarding lupus and Sjogren's disease research updates and management advice and tips. Here is the surgery I'm going to get; I think I should not have watched it... seems like so many things could go wrong:
