Totoo talaga when they said "community is the hardest" field you could ever get yourself into as an rph. It's definitely exhausting but I think it's also kinda rewarding. 🫶

Im the youngest here at my workplace. Fresh and new so I find myself wanting to fit in and cater to them. But a disrespect is still a disrespect. Had to reprimand one of them that there's a limit to everything. I may be the youngest but i'm still your Ma'am. Treat me as such.

My senior RPh is apparently resigning next month. Sabi ko 'Maam baka di ko kayang magisa', Sabi nya "Kaya mo yan Ma'am, desisyon mo pa lang na pumunta dito (location very far away from home) alam kong matatag ka ng tao" I felt that. 🥺
