Congrats once again to Leah Rutledge and @hfeinstein_ for being named to the All-County team. Today was the STCA banquet. Thank you to the STCA for recognizing the accomplishments of all the athletes!

For the second year in a row the girls finished the season on the podium by placing 6th as a team out of the entire state!! Last ride together for a historically significant group for the programs history🥹 Even if a team runs faster, there will NEVER be a team like it at FTHS👏

The FTHS Lady Patriots are your 2023 Group 4 state champs!! The girls go back-to-back!! They ran a school record 19:49 average Placed 2 in the top 10 #slay @townshipscores

Today the girls successfully defended their Central Jersey Group 4 team championship and @EmmaZawatski defended her individual title. In one week the girls will take on the best that Group 4 has to offer. @TownshipScores @njmilesplit

5 of the 7 girls medaled individually today, with 4 runners in the top 14 and 5 in the top 19 and all 7 in the top 27🤯 @TownshipScores @njmilesplit

The Varsity team successfully defended their team title for their second consecutive Shore Conference Championship🚨🚨 Their course average of 18:43 is the fastest course average for any course in school history 🥵 The team scored just 53 points😦 @njmilesplit @TownshipScores

After today, @EmmaZawatski ranks 1st all time at OCP in school history, Leah Rutledge ranks 5th, @AvaBiemuller ranks 8th, and Heather Feinstein ranks 11th. Not to mention @SophBriggs missed the sub 19:15 club by 3 seconds 😅 An all time great Lady Patriots squad!

Bitter sweet day😔 This group of seniors will never compete together again as a whole unit. We took our last bus ride home altogether ever. The 24’s are a special character crew who will always be remembered and can never be topped😭

To recap: All 14 girls medal individually (top 25) and earn gold medals for team victories. Varsity wins back to back team titles. Emma is 1st ever individual champ. Emma breaks own school record. Varsity team breaks school record by 21 seconds! Sofia also wins🎉

The varsity girls had a great first championships performance today. Back to back Monmouth County Champs in a new school course record 19:51!😮‍💨 7 girls all placed in the top 21 to all medal as individuals🚨

Such a great day! Varsity finishes 2nd to a tough Woodson school from VA. The team ran fastest team average at Holmdel park in school history. It’s September😮‍💨 @EmmaZawatski wins the race in a school record 18:22!! JV wins the A race! So many PRs! Katie Bulawa won the race🎉

Monmouth County Championships Day 2 Highlights…. Once again many PRs and seasons best times and marks. Medal winners were @hfeinstein_ who placed 6th in the 3200 and the 4x100 meter relay team which placed 6th. Skye Haynes, Kristin Sibilia, TT Harris and Amber French 👏🏻

Would you like to learn about cultures & gain an understanding of global perspectives? Students can enter the FTHS Global Studies magnet program as freshmen. Heather & Leah are student athletes who were drawn to the program because they enjoy current events & public speaking.
