Or, the sex wasn't as good as the conversation (inexperience, she was substantially younger and feels shame that she couldn't keep him.

I think this very specific, very painful experience is far more common than any of us are willing to admit, because so much of it is steeped in misogyny and shame. As young women, we are prized for our innocence, and then shamed for our inexperience.
