WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT 🥳 Due to #KidneyDisease this is the first time since 2019 that Charlie has attended an end of year assembly. He is justifiably feeling very proud, & so are we ❤️ Life on #dialysis is hard, but we've had another year together, & for that, we are grateful ❤️
