If you want to improve your trading, record your trades Set up a screen recorder and turn it on when you’re looking at the charts When you take a trade say out loud exactly what you’re thinking and why you’re taking the trade This helps a lot because: •It stops you taking dumb trades if you can’t actually justify it with a proper explanation •You get to see all the emotions you make during trades and see your mistakes more clearly I didn’t do this until I started teaching people trading But doing this let me discover a bunch of things I could’ve been doing better and over time turned me into a much better trader Start doing this, trust me
