They had to force him into a hearing where he would likely plead the fifth. They then asked specific questions that would then allow further course of action. If they just went and arrested him, as you so eloquently suggest, the case would be dismissed immediately and the media would have new cannon fodder for the rest of the year. In short your way is short sighted and would backfire in tremendous fashion. This one, you’ll have to wait to see play out.

I've never talked about this before: I used to bet on sports and stopped because of Bitcoin So many people gamble because we spend the majority of our lives at work to earn a salary A salary is the most boring thing ever No man with high testosterone wants to do the same shit over and over again and keep getting paid the same amount no matter how much effort they put into their work Some people put this energy into legacy assets, like stocks and real estate But even that gets boring with time Who cares about a 10-20% drawdown when your maximum upside is capped at around 20%/year? NO excitement So we want jackpots We want one weekend of bets to win more than our jobs can pay us in 50 years We want to buy all the things that nobody in our bloodline was able to afford But that's impossible with a job A job will pay you as little as you're willing to accept If you're ok with $7.25/hour... why would an employer CHOOSE to pay you more? Jobs that don't have a capped upside are looked down at by most of society For example, if you tell someone you're in sales, deep down they probably think you're a scammer Vegas and betting sites have figured out that we need excitement They attract us by showing 10X and 100X returns and by giving us free bets So we start putting money on random sports because it seems so predictable And then we lose But we came so close So we place another bet And another Chasing losses Putting more and more money on the site Until we're spending our rent money gambling IT'S POISON Don't gamble Stay away from the sites Nothing is as predictable as it seems Bitcoin fixes this by being volatile The price goes up and down, giving you the same dopamine rush that gambling gives you But Bitcoin isn't a sports bet It's an option on the future production of humanity The longer you hold it, the more material things you will be able to purchase and consume with it Gamblers lose Bitcoiners win
