@tiffanycurren we hope you're enjoying your new HigherDOSE PEMF Mat. Our mats can be used for yoga. They aren't as comfy as a yoga mat because you can feel the crystals, but putting a yoga mat over it would help.

Does anyone know if you can workout on your @_HigherDOSE mat? Can I use for yoga?
