@highrise Oh my I’m so sorry I though you were the actual game because of the name and the profile pic 🤦🏼♂️ do you know if they have a twitter account?
@highrise Hey Highrise,so you’ve probably been seeing this a lot and it’s happening to me and a couple of more people in not just in my crew but others too..so recently there was an event and people aren’t getting their crew gifts.
@highrise@BadgerMaps support telling me "it's actually @highrise that needs to make the adjustment. HighRise needs to submit the code to @Zapier, who then has to review the integration code and once approved, release it to be live for building zaps." Please let me know next step? Thanks!
@highrise I submitted a request yesterday regarding a missing connection in your API for @BadgerMaps and @zapier. Can you PLEASE update the API to allow changes to an Account in Badger to map-zap those changes in COMPANY on Highrise in addition to, or instead of updating Contact?
@highrise Thanks! Please confirm that API does allow for updates to COMPANY record, NOT Contact record located within the Company. We are syncing ONLY COMPANY info into Badger Mapping, not Contacts, or Persons. Now it is adding new Contact inside Company rather than append Company record.
@aimeetheatty That decision was made by our team yesterday evening when we were notified by Google. It was announced in-app this morning like this - share.getcloudapp.com/mXumD1eX
@aimeetheatty Here's how that works: help.highrisehq.com/email/manual-d…
I'm so sorry about this change. We know it'll cause some breaks in your current workflow. If you've got any other questions around this, please let me know! (3/3)
@aimeetheatty You can manually BCC your dropbox email address when you send out emails. The dropbox address enables Highrise to receive the message and associate your email with the contact in your account that matches the email address in the To: field. (2/x)
@travishines We don't have another CRM product. Sorry! But you could use Basecamp Personal free of charge - basecamp.com/signup - and create events on the Schedule for the various dates you need to remember. Create a project to keep track of information about things/people.
Do you have a personal CRM?
I'm talking birthday reminders, notes on coffee meetups, a simple log of things to not forget about a person.
@highrise was the simplest made-for-business tool that did the trick for me years ago.
Any recommendations?
@highrise Any chance this could have effected gsuite integration? We're having trouble with aliases not working despite being selected in the from field.
