Yesterday, I spent Easter Sunday with our dear President, Bola Tinubu, and my bestie Aliko Dangote. We discussed the economy and how Nigerians can benefit from the reforms. On a day of resurrection and renewal, Mr President was still working. That kind of commitment gives you hope for Nigeria 🇳🇬 … F.Ote💲

PBAT only won 1 state in NE(Borno) & 2 states in NW(J & Z). PBAT is strategic & forward-thinking. He anticipated the political landscape & planned accordingly. The NW & NE might miss out by 2031 due to an entitlement mentality. Tinubu will return elected no matter the conspiracy.

Northerners usually vote who their religious leaders endorse and almost every single Northern cleric that advocated for Tinubu in 2023 is now preaching against him. There is hope in the North in 2027

@HAHayatu Iman or Pastor will not safe anyone in this political battle. We should stop getting them involve in this. Politicians don't care about them, they only use then for election.

"We have made calls that this INEC chairman will not be just, but we were ignored , now everyone is seeing how biased he is and another dangerous thing he wants to embark on is registration validation, that is not even backed by any law." Dr Aliyu

The sermon in the Jummaa mosque is against INEC chairman and his bigotry that a fair election is not expected from Amupitan. He should be removed, the imam said they are not doing this because he is Christian but because of his antecedents, we had so many Christian chairmen

The INEC chairman in his arise interview also said if the ADC does not act fast their case will be no different from what happened to APC in Zamfara 2019 or what happened to PDP in Plateau 2023. The leadership of the ADC must find ways to jump this booby trap set up by INEC. What should be done now ?

Dear Joash, I saw this interview, and I feel compelled to address it as a concerned Nigerian who wants our democracy to remain alive, credible, and anchored on truth. Mr. Chairman, your explanation regarding the “status quo ante bellum” in the crisis within the ADC shows that you know the truth; you just choose to ignore it. You said that INEC’s position is to revert to the state of affairs before the “hostility” began. Mr. Chairman, if you look at the second frame attached to this post, did you see any hostility? And as of the time that picture was taken, David Mark is ADC chairman and was accepted by Nafiu Bala. A simple and honest look at the timeline tells a very different story from the one you want Nigerians to believe. Sen. David Mark became chairman of the party in June. The so-called hostility you referenced did not emerge until August. This means that throughout June and July, there was no dispute, no visible crisis, and no competing claims to leadership, so if I understand your explanation, it means he should remain chairman, these are your own words, not ours. Because who was the Chairman of the party before the hostility began in August? Sen. David Mark. This position was not only evident in practice but was also acknowledged by key actors within the party, including Nafiu Bala himself at the time, as referenced in the third frame in a Facebook post made by him. There was no ambiguity, no parallel authority, and no confusion about leadership. Therefore, when you speak of returning to the “status quo ante bellum,” logic and facts dictate that such a status quo would recognize the leadership that existed before the crisis, not rewrite it. Anything contrary to this raises legitimate concerns about selective interpretation and institutional bias. Mr. Chairman, Nigerians are not as uninformed as you may assume. We follow events, we understand timelines, and we can distinguish between neutrality and inconsistency. At a time when public confidence in institutions like INEC is already fragile, statements and decisions must reflect clarity, fairness, and strict adherence to facts.

The issue of the resignations of Nafiu Bala Gombe and the validity or not is pending before the Federal High Court, so the court has to make a pronouncement. This is a matter the court has to decide, it’s not a matter anybody can act on now. - Prof. Amupitan INEC Chairman

“If they (ADC) are saying we have taken sides, that is not true, because if you look at the status quo ante bellum, we tried to interrogate it, and it means the status before the hostility started, the status before the war.” - Prof. Amupitan INEC Chairman responded to David Mark-led ADC
