Does this constitute as good coaching? You throw a 20-year-old kid into the fire into a situation he doesn't appear to be ready for, and then you humiliate him when he has bad moments? Not sure about this one. I'm all for tough love, but this feels unwarranted. Harrison Barnes should have been playing over him all along - I was calling for it the last game - I think it's actually just a poor coaching decision gone wrong. How Bryant handled it is also problematic. It's one thing to be unready to handle a situation so big with poor execution. It's another to act like you're not built for it. Btw, Dylan Harper is younger than Bryant. Harper is really built different, it seems.

Wemby led the tournament with 5.7 blocks per game, Chet was 3rd with 2.7 (2nd was 2.9) He averaged 14 points and 7.4 rebounds, Chet had 11.9 points and 6.4 rebounds Wemby had 22 points 8 rebounds and 8 blocks and lost the MVP to a 10 point performance on 3/8 FG because he lost the championship game by 2 points I’d hate Chet too
