Guys we're literally like 40+ ilvl away from season cap why are we complaining about the HARDEST difficulty in a facet of the game already?

@iamrobtv The supposed accessibility is also wrong when in worst cases they purposely makes so the original game is trapped in old hardware like Shadow of the Colossus and Demon's Souls, If I only have the newest console I'm stuck with the inferior remakes, with emulators as my salvation.

I'm sorry but if this is how you view remakes you fundamentally do not understand the purpose of a remake. Though I am new to RE, I understand being an OG fan of something and seeing it remade for modern audiences can be frustrating. I've watched countless franchises that I adore undergo tonal and gameplay shifts to keep with the times and it sucks. But the reality is we love those originals because we played those originals. And we played them when they came out or close to it. & the purpose of a remake should be to A.) improve the original and/or B.) make the remake more accessible to a wider variety of gamers, if necessary. Resident Evil Remakes are a perfect example of doing this. OG fans cannot seem to comprehend the general sentiment towards fixed camera & tank controls. YOU loved it and maybe still do. Alot of people do. But 99% of people in the year 2026 are not going to play a PS1 era game with a fixed camera and tank controls to get into a series. That type of game is much more niche than you think it is. To continue growing this franchise, they have to make games people are actually going to play. Capcom recognized this and figured out how to deliver these remakes in a way that respect those past games and keep a lot of the same gameplay elements but in a modern setting. I swear some of these RE elitists would rather not get any new Resident Evil's at all and at that point I question whether or not you're an actual fan.

Why stop at one? - Pacing is a mess - Story is LITTERED with plot holes and retcons - Leon's character is absolutely assassinated - Second half relies almost entirely on nostalgia (For source material that only start 7 years ago that they want you to believe is 30 years old) - The puzzles are stupid easy - Even most of the music is recycled from past games, and the original music isn't near as memorable as the classics I could keep goin' but I'll stop here for now.

To this day not a single person has rebutted the arguments in these two videos when it comes strictly to the lore, characters, and plot. This criticism can objective because the writing can be compared directly to the OG to point what makes less or 0 sense, even of its own.
