Hello @gneubig, I'm a developer of Japanese NLP tool github.com/himkt/konoha, supporting KyTea as a tokenizer. I noticed that www[.]phontron[.]com/kytea/download/kytea-0.4.7.tar.gz now returns an empty html instead of gunzip archive. Let me make sure if it is intended.🙏

@buruzaemon I'm also using Gemini 3.1 Pro (on web) and occasionally GPT 5.3 Codex (on CLI). Gemini 3.1 Pro is amazing for writing documents with the large context window! I use Claude Code and Codex CLI for the same purpose, but recently I've been mainly using Claude Code.

@himako_h out of curiosity, do you use any other frontier models alongside Claude?

Discover unknown stable crystals at unprecedented speed. Introducing Matlantis CSP. 💎🚀 We are thrilled to announce the launch of Matlantis CSP (Crystal Structure Prediction), a new capability that rapidly identifies previously unknown stable crystal structures from the enormous search space of atomic configurations and compositions within a given elemental system. Materials R&D has long depended on repeated synthesis experiments, even when the likelihood of success is low. Matlantis CSP introduces a computational screening step earlier in the process to rule out what is physically implausible in advance. By combining Matlantis’ core technology—the universal machine learning potential PFP—with proprietary algorithms, Matlantis CSP enables you to: ✅ Screen out experimentally unviable configurations before experimentation. ✅ Explore complex composition spaces with approx. 3–6× greater efficiency than random search. ✅ Discover novel materials that do not exist in current databases. We are honored to have Honda R&D as an early adopter. “We have high expectations for CSP as a technology that will dramatically improve exploration efficiency in materials development,” said Mitsumoto Kawai, Chief Engineer, Device Process, Innovative Research Excellence, Honda R&D Co., Ltd. “Through CSP, crystal structure searches—including multi-component systems and metastable structures that were previously impractical—have become feasible. Being able to narrow down promising crystal structures and compositions with high confidence before experiments will not only increase the probability of realizing next-generation materials but also shorten development timelines.” Learn how Matlantis CSP can transform your materials discovery: 👇 matlantis.com/en/product/mtc… #Matlantis #CrystalStructurePrediction

@buruzaemon To be honest, I feel so lucky that I completed my degree before the GenAI era, since I'm really not confident I could have written papers or studied anything with my head and hands. 😅

The fallback logic that Claude Code attempts to implement is not a good fallback but almost always ignores important errors to be raised.

I'm really struggling to prevent Claude Code from implementing fallback logic. I always tell Claude Code not to include fallback logic but to raise appropriate exceptions instead. Are there any good practices for addressing this problem?

The official documentation shows the example, it is based on the first approach. So, it might be the appropriate way. :thinking: #update-with-extra-data" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">sqlmodel.tiangolo.com/tutorial/fasta…

`sqlmodel_update()` in sqlmodel modifies objects in-place. But it also returns `self`. I'm sometimes confused which is better way to update objects. ``` person.sqlmodel_update(d) session.add(person) ``` ``` person = person.sqlmodel_update(d) session.add(person) ```

What is the appropriate way to write `.in_()` or `.is_()` in mypy compatible manner for #sqlmodel? Wrapping a attribute with `col()` is the best? #issuecomment-1682979446" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">github.com/fastapi/sqlmod…

I just noticed it only happens on Slack. It seems to be the problem not in Arc but Slack...

When Little Arc is disabled, clicking a link from other applications opens a page in Arc, but the window does not automatically switch. I often miss this and end up clicking the link multiple times, resulting in numerous tabs opening in the Arc window... #Arcbrowser
