@strzibnyj @nic_amadio So he can farm engagement from people like you. Also, we all know he didn't refer to Czech or Polish cities.

@nic_amadio Absolutely. He's list fit. But he's ignorant about the rest of Europe. Why did he put (unlike rest of europe) to three points to the list? When it's also wrong?

@z_drift37767 @panicsellingxyz Assuming somebody is dumb enough to pay $1m for it. Probably a lot more downside to go.

@panicsellingxyz Original price of these units were at $925,000 USD and below. Owners have only paid 60% of the total price till date, which is $550,000 or so. At $1m asking after all these cuts, the owner still walks away with $75k profit or 13.6% profit in 3 years. Not good, not horrible.

I had such a great time in Limassol and I'm actually quite sad that I ended up leaving early. I'm even more disappointed that the same reason pushing me to come back earlier holds me from moving there. Otherwise I would have 100% put there a secondary base (spent there one or 2 seasons in 2026), and seriously considered moving there from Switzerland. It's honestly the perfect place for remote business owners in Europe. It's not "Dubai/Switzerland infra", but also who cares... The impact of that infra-delta is much less than the cost of living, chill and pleasant vibes, weather and more that you get there. Such a shame. Let's bring peace back 🥲🙏☀️

@nic_amadio I feel there is much more potential with the city. Bulldoze some areas and build more parks and wide spaces, plant more trees etc. Feels like the largest downside for me is that it is a concrete jungle. Obviously there are also many old, ugly buildings but that is harder to „fix“

true. my flat was amazing though. super new, israeli built etc. can find the vlog/video of it on last week's posts. if you like parks paphos has more of them. for me if i have the sea, i don't need parks too much (a bit of greenery nearby the sea is almost enough, then can just go touch grass out of town over the weekend or so)

@nic_amadio It seems to be developing in the right direction for sure some areas are nice as well including the promenade but just behind are those really ugly soviet bloc style apartment buildings. And overall there are not many parks or spaced out areas without being packed with apartments

61% on financial analysis tasks is good not great And you still need access to proprietary data sources This doesn't look like a $FDS or $TRI killer to me 🤷‍♂️

What Spain 🇪🇸 and Poland 🇵🇱 have in common: -Catholic. -Persistent national identity despite centuries of partitions, conquest, etc. -Superb warriors in most of history, but especially the early modern period. Punch well above their weight in military terms. -Peaked in the same century (16th). -On the geographical edge of Europe but at opposite ends. -Consistent threats from Islam. -Now, major tourist destinations. -Considered second-rate powers by snobs in the Anglosphere but their economy and military are much stronger than you would expect. -High tolerance for alcohol. -Generally cool people, easy to talk to.

Bitcoin has a habit of blowing up crowded trades: 2021 laser eyes $100k target = crowded 2022 FTX implosion killed crypto = crowded 2025 must be green because 4 year cycle = crowded 2026 expected red year based on 4 year cycle = crowded? Profit is in finding the pain trade

If you’re 21-35 years old, Pay attention. The next 3-6 months are the most important months of your life. Why? They will create more millionaires than ever, Our alts will start doing 10x and more. That’s where the real money is. But don’t waste time, This opportunity only comes once every 4 years. And honestly? This might be the last one before a recession changes everything. If you’re reading this, you’re not late. You still have time, But it’s running out. Like this tweet, and I’ll share the alts I’m buying. Follow me so you don’t miss it.

Amazon is a company that is set up well for 2026. Their revenue mix is improving from retail sales to services. AWS is reaccelerating, the ads business is set up well to continue growing, and if Amazon captures more grocery market share it makes them structurally stronger. I hold a lot of Amazon going into 2026.
