I have always maintained that Osupa does not have enough Leadership characteristics that he should have.
It's as if he sometimes doesn't listen to his own music.
He is a god of music.
But his conflict resolution and leadership skill is very questionable.
And he has refused to employ professionals around him to take control of his public perception and branding.
It's too much of a flaw to continue to ignore.

Since his debut album in 1993, he has been a the top till today, brand and elite associate with him. One of the most or if not the most Versatile musician in Nigeria, any genres, he will deliver. Yet he doesn’t know how to sing. You can say that to people who don’t know music.

Osupa simply said that if a Person loves him because of his Lyrically prowess, the person cannot switch to Pasuma. That is a simple truth. No matter how uncomfortable it makes you feel. Nobody alive has the kind of Lyrical dexterity Osupa has in Fuji today. Pasuma does not have it. He has his own strengths that probably Osupa doesn't have. It's not about Fight. We are all friends in Fuji does not change facts. Facts are sacred.

@TimiOgundare Pasuma doesn’t know how to sing, but he still at the top since 1993, no Fuji musicans is more versatile than him, global recognition, endorsements, lots of associate, fits in well in any genres of music, yet he doesn’t know how to sing. People like to associate with him.
