Two states where Vajpayee NDA does better than Modi NDA. Its Tamil Nadu and and Punjab (seats, not votes). TN - Vajpayee was part of winning coalition in both 1998 and 1999 and those were key to him becoming/staying PM. Modi ji and NDA alliance has lost TN badly every time.
