VPS node 1 had to be rebooted so if you had services running you may have to run a command or script to start them back up. Submit a ticket if you need any assistance.

@MrPapaveraceae If you are still having problems and a password reset for the client area does not help, I recommend creating a new client area account and submitting a ticket so we can check.

@IDK_SoundsRight Can you provide your server name and the command you are trying to run? I just tested commands from the console and had no issues.

@hivehosted Every time I send a command on my console. It just reloads the page and doesn't send the command. Multicraft console running Minecraft. This happens on edge and chrome on PC. As well as chrome and a few others on Android . But the server itself seems to be running ok.

Work is still ongoing to restore the website. Control panels and your services will be unaffected. support@hivehosted.com is restored and available for any support needs.

The website issue will hopefully be resolved within 24 hours. The data is there and needs to be restored.

The website is down at this time. This means billing and support tickets are unavailable while the node it runs on is being worked. Server control panels are unaffected and remain online. Use social media for any assistance until the issue is resolved.
