Woke up to another demonetization. Luckily that's just a minor issue on YouTube you have to deal with every now and then. Using the same appeal as I published couple of days ago. So far it has 100% success rate for all my appeals + all others I know that have used it and confirmed back to me it works. So if anyone needs help with a reused/inauthentic content appeal, well I got a doc in my bio you can get for free without any signup or anything like that.
Julian tweet media
Julian@julianfaceless

90% of faceless creators write their reused content appeals wrong. And now it's EXTRA dangerous. One channel demonetized → all linked channels potentially demonetized. Here's what YouTube actually wants to see (besides your URL and handle in the first 30 sec 😴): 1) That you take their policies seriously 2) That you've gone out of your way to REALLY understand them 3) That your content takes real time and effort to make (so, by you proving that) They want creators. Not factories. I've seen many of you get hit with "inauthentic content" lately and know that many of you probably didn't even deserve it either (FYI: This is more or less the old "Repetitive Content" policy they had before). So I made an appeal template that covers all of it: → Reused content → Inauthentic content → Both (this happens too, happened to me recently. But easy fix in most cases) → English channels → Dubbed channels Free in bio. No signup. No email opt in or anything. Just a Google Doc link. If it helps any of you, lmk in the comments. If any further questions, just DM me I'll be happy to help you get your channels back on track.

🟪 Monad is trading below 20% its ICO price - does that mean it won’t survive? My answer: price ≠ survival. Let’s break it down 🧵👇 1/ Trading below ICO often looks bad, but it’s common this cycle: - Early profit-taking - Risk-off sentiment - Token unlock pressure Projects don’t die from low price - they die when users & builders leave. 2/ Monad’s price weakness mainly reflects: - Aggressive initial valuation - Expectations > product maturity - Fatigue around “another L1” This is a market narrative issue, not a technical collapse. 3/ On fundamentals, Monad is solid: - Full EVM compatibility - Parallel execution - Sub-second finality - Built for high-frequency DeFi Technically, this is not a copy-paste chain. 4/ On-chain signals tell a different story than price: - TVL continues to grow - Stablecoin inflows rising - DEX volumes competitive - One of the fastest-growing EVM L1 user bases Weak price, strong ecosystem. 5/ Real challenges today: - Weak narrative & retail buy-in - “VC chain” perception - Ongoing unlock pressure + shallow liquidity These suppress price despite progress. 6/ Can Monad survive and grow? Yes - if user growth continues, DeFi volumes become sustainable, and a clear catalyst emerges. This is not a fast pump, but a long-term fundamentals bet. 7/ Conclusion: No product failure. No dev exodus. No on-chain decay. Monad looks less like a dying project and more like a mispriced asset in a harsh market. Do you still believe in Monad?

I'm deleting my 1 million-subscriber YouTube channel and starting from scratch. And in 180 days, I'd be making $200,000 Here's the exact roadmap I'm going to follow if I were to pull the trigger: Day 1-12: Build Your Hybrid Personal Brand Forget picking a niche. You ARE the niche when you build a personal brand. Three positioning options: Expert/Business Owner - You already crush it in your field. - Target other high-level operators. - Salespeople going from $5k to $20k monthly. - Charlie Morgan does this in make money online. Intermediate/Enthusiast - Hit this level in under a year in any niche. - Sell $1k-$2k products like courses. - Gotham Chess built his channel this way. Beginner/Learner - Document your journey learning something new. - Your audience grows with you. - Harder to sell your own stuff ($1-$300 range). - Affiliate products work great though. Build a business using your brand, then sell the business. That's a hybrid personal brand. Day 12-30: Viral Videos That Actually Work Thumbnail, title, and intro need to work together. Thumbnails get attention first. People notice the eyes before anything else. Finding thumbnail ideas: Never copy from your muse video. The market already saw it. You look like a ripoff. Titles that rank: Keywords Everywhere shows me the data. YouTube search bar tells me what people actually search. Title rules I follow: - Different words than thumbnail - No repeated numbers from thumbnail - $ amounts in thumbnail only - Dates in title for easy updates - 60-70 characters max - Rank for YouTube search terms - Sometimes two search terms if it looks natural - Make it attractive beyond just SEO - CAPS for emphasis on important words Day 30-60: Turn Views Into Money This separates influencers from business owners. Channels with a few thousand subs can make 7 figures yearly. How I monetize: - AdSense - Sponsorships - Affiliate deals - Courses - SaaS/Membership - High ticket offers High-ticket coaching or services work better for beginners. One client monthly equals full-time income. Low ticket means selling dozens or hundreds just to survive. I've watched total beginners hit $50k-$100k monthly faster with a high ticket than any other model. But generally: 80% should do high ticket (coaching/service/hybrid) 10% should do low/medium ticket products 5% should stick with affiliates 4% should build paid communities 1% should create SaaS products

day 3: 1st pic (main brand): 1.16 NCROAS ($346 spent) 2nd pic (side brand): 0.54 NCROAS ($64 spent) uh, these are those days when i just dont know what is going on. ad account was down due to payments not working and it spent most budget in a few hours. i think for the second brand i cracked the unique mechanism and root cause. gonna do more authority figure based concepts tackling that new mech/root cause. was just looking for people in my niche and some guys murdering it with like 6 custom ads, same angle, but is a liquid dropper instead of mine which is capsules and we have slightly different ingredients targeting different benefits. first brand is just sitting on the mrr right now. im stuck between two desires for that brand. dont know which one to dial more into. one of them has better short term potential and is the winning angle right now, but the other one has more long term potential but requires more creative strategy.

I analyzed the data to find the best faceless YouTube niches for beginners right now. Most people pick crowded topics, but these 9 are underserved and pay well: 1. Revenge Stories ($11-15 RPM) 2. Sleep Sounds ($9-13) 3. Book Analysis ($8-11) 4. Family Drama ($8-10) 5. Budget Travel ($6-9) 6. Kindness Stories ($6-8) 7. Healthy Aging 8. Simple Science 9. Motivation

I’ve been watching a lot of small YouTubers lately. Honestly? The value they give is often equal to, or even better than, the big channels. I really wonder why some of them haven't blown up yet.

SORA 2 + Claude + Perplexity is absolutely WILD This combo is absolutely insane for generating videos that actually convert. No agencies. No production crews. No creative directors charging $500/hour. Just three AI tools working together like a professional video team. Here's how it works: → Perplexity researches your product + competitors + winning ad angles → Claude analyzes research and writes 10+ video prompts optimized for conversion → Sora 2 generates multiple video variations from Claude's prompts → Claude scores each video against psychological triggers and platform requirements → Best performers get refined and regenerated automatically Perfect for brands testing creative at scale without burning budget. The power is in the combo: Perplexity = market intelligence most creative teams miss Claude = prompts that understand psychology and platform algorithms Sora 2 = production quality that looks like you spent $5K per video While others are briefing agencies for next month's content, you're testing 50 variations this afternoon. Compare different angles. Find what converts. Scale immediately. Like, RT + reply with "SORA" and I'll DM the complete 3-tool system (Must be following so I can DM) Skip this and keep paying agencies $20K/month for 5 videos.
