Fyrir utan fréttir frá Gaza er ekki síður hrollvekjandi að sjá stóran hluta heimsins sitja og horfir á, fylgjast með tölum um látna og slasaða en gera ekkert til að stöðva hryllinginn.

Þar má sjá að yfir 30.000 hafa verið drepin og yfir 70.000 særð, álíka og ef 6000 íslendingar hefði verið drepin og 14.000 særð.

Á Gaza svæðinu búa um tvær milljónir manna. Þar eru hryðjuverkasveitir ísraelska stjórnvalda búnar að komast upp með þjóðarmorð síðan í október.

Á Gaza voru 36 sjúkrahús - ekkert þeirra er að fullu starfandi nú,. Tólf þeirra eru með einhverja virkni en 2 "field hospitals" eru starfandi, slíkt er yfirleitt einföld neyðarþjónusta í gámum/tjöldum.

יש להעניק גיבוי מוחלט ללוחמינו הגיבורים הפועלים בעזה, שפעלו מצוין מול המון עזתי שניסה לפגוע בהם. היום הוכח שהעברת הסיוע ההומניטרי לעזה היא לא רק טירוף בשעה שחטופינו מוחזקים ברצועה בתת תנאים, אלא גם מסכנת את חיילי צה"ל. זו עוד סיבה מובהקת לכך שחייבים להפסיק להעביר את הסיוע הזה, שהוא למעשה סיוע לפגיעה בחיילי צה"ל וחמצן לחמאס.

Úkraína vann 2022 með afskaplega leiðinlegu, nánast pirrandi, lagi. Ísland er spáð sigri eftir að tilkynnt var um palestínskan þátttakanda í undankeppni með lag sem enginn nema höfundur og nákomnir hafa heyrt. En samt er engin pólitík í Júróvisjón. Ég skil.

You can only mine a university like this if it's not an active fighting zone, otherwise you'd bomb it.
Meaning destroying the university wasn't done to hunt Hamas fighters there but instead as part of an effort to destroy Gazan civil society, presumably to prevent the eventual resumption of normal life.
This is further confirmed by the fact that ALL universities in Gaza have now been damaged or destroyed.

The Israeli military just blew up the University of Palestine in Gaza City with 315 mines. All the universities in Gaza have been damaged or destroyed. We need a full academic boycott.
