@sama I usually say that you need to expose yourself to chance. You need to expose yourself to new people and new situations for “luck” to work for you. ⭐️

“give yourself a lot of shots to get lucky” is even better advice than it appears on the surface. luck isn’t an independent variable but increases super-linearly with more surface area—you meet more people, make more connections between new ideas, learn patterns, etc.

@hlandgren Hmm, that’s odd, I wonder how they calculate that because there should always be a BPM value for each GPS location. What workout type is it? Indoor or outdoor? And what service is that you’re seeing that information?

@hlandgren @TrainAsONE Hi! Currently it’s not automatic so what you do is go into your performed workout in the History tab, press Export and then Export to TrainAsOne.

@TrainAsONE I recently switched from Garmin to Apple Watch. What’s the best way to use TrainAsONE on Apple Watch? I want my segment-based training sessions
