Y'all. Senator Cavanaugh is still going. It's been more than 3 weeks. She's still holding the Nebraska legislature to a standstill over how they plan to target trans kids. Seriously. I will remember the fight she is showing forever. She's going to stop this bill.

Two words: Flight Risk.

After hours of heartbreaking testimonies from trans kids, adults, parents of trans kids, medical professionals, and allies, the Florida Board of Medicine UNANIMOUSLY voted down an amendment protecting gender affirming care. SHAME.!

Fun Fact: Child Marriage is already legal in 43 US states. Only Delaware, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island have set the minimum age at 18 and eliminated all exceptions - All Blue States

A conservative state like Montana is still seeing a representative push forward a bill to cover ALL gender affirming care (not just on medicaid, but for all insurance plans). Why do we not see more liberal states doing this?
