It was a great conference @AppdevconNL. I liked that it had a mix of different domains and topics. There was a lot to learn and discover. Also well organised. And it was a good excuse to visit Amsterdam, which I liked even more this time (thanks to broodje haring ❤️)

🍕 KMPizza [step 31]: finally KMPizza has moved to fly.io. Even though I get an email that "my app has run out of available memory and crashed" from time to time, it's good enough for me. Better than paying for a non-profit educational project out of my pocket.

What’s the state of KMP (Kotlin Multi-Platform) on iOS? - Anyone using it on production currently? - Are there any drawbacks? What’s the performance like? I’d appreciate any good (up to date) reads on the topic 🙏🏻🙂

@hlnstep I tried gcloud app engine too, but I had to move away because they did not fully support multiple environments. Now I use Railway.app

Meanwhile, in the search of Heroku alternatives I wanted to redeploy my KMPizza backend. I made the project, but got an intrinsic error which is apparently connected to "no actual for expect" suppression. Haven't had time to research it yet.

@hlnstep Great job nice read, maybe it's better to utilize docker compose instead of exporting all those variables.
