Bezos: “No te habrían creído”.

I built 131 Claude skills for outbound, content, LinkedIn, SEO, and growth into one plugin. 131 skills. 11 domains. One /bootstrap command. Our clients kept hearing the same thing from prospects: *"Your outreach actually sounds like you."* That doesn't come from better prompts. It comes from a system that reads your brand, voice, and ICP automatically. ▶️ The foundation (built once) → /bootstrap - onboards Claude to your brand, voice, and ICP. Every skill reads that context automatically. → ICP document - loaded once, referenced by every skill without manual pulling. → Brand and voice layer - installed at setup. Every output reflects your positioning, not a template. Most teams skip this and go straight to prompting. Then wonder why everything sounds the same. ▶️ The skill layer → Outbound and email for personalised sequencing at scale → LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube for social across every format → Content and copywriting that reflects your documented voice → Analytics and research for signal detection and account intelligence → Strategy and positioning for ICP, messaging, and competitive work 47 growth and product skills alone. ▶️ The execution layer → Plain-language task detection - skills activate automatically → Cross-referencing - a cold email pulls from brand, voice, and ICP simultaneously → Output grading - if it reads generic, one fix: make it specific enough it can't describe any other company Compatible with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and any Agent Skills spec agent. ▶️ Repurpose → One validated outbound skill = one framework cross-referenced into content, SEO, positioning, and paid. No rebuilding. → Repurposing is not copy-pasting. It's cross-referencing. ▶️ Maintain → /bootstrap refresh updates every skill automatically → Monthly voice refresh. Quarterly domain audit. The system gets smarter the longer it runs. ▶️ Delivery → Claude Code or Claude Cowork. 4 installation methods in the setup guide. Bootstrap → detect → activate → cross-reference → draft → grade → repurpose → refresh Your skill library is your GTM brain. Reply "CLAUDE" and I'll send you the full breakdown 👇

I put the entire Claude Cowork Playbook for GTM Engineers into ONE Notion doc. 9 sections. No fluff. - The 3 differences between Cowork and Chat that actually matter for GTM work: file limits, output format, and prompting language, plus why outcome-first instructions get the deliverable done before you come back - Four settings steps to configure before running any GTM workflow: guard rails that stop Cowork overwriting client files, memory features, tool access, and working folder setup - How to use local file access to process 100+ receipts into formatted Excel, convert campaign decks from static images into editable PowerPoint, and handle files too large for Chat to touch - How persistent memory works for GTM teams: build it correctly by showing Cowork what you changed and having it write permanent rules to CLAUDE. md and memory. md so every future session starts with your GTM context already loaded - Connector setup for Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Notion, plus how to cross-reference meeting transcripts and notes in one task to surface every commitment that didn't make it into the follow-up - How to build a GTM skill the right way: run the actual workflow first, iterate until output is exactly right, then have Cowork capture the entire process into a reusable file that runs the same way every time - When to use a Cowork Project vs a Chat Project for GTM workstreams and how Cowork writes updated principles directly to the instruction file without manual uploads - Current state of the browser extension: what it can do, why it is not yet reliable for client-facing GTM work, and where Chat still has the edge for research-heavy tasks - Scheduled task setup in three layers: distilling your GTM workflow into a rules document, connecting required tools, and training through feedback so recurring outputs get sharper every week This is the setup I would have KILLED for before spending weeks copy-pasting campaign outputs, re-uploading the same client briefs, and re-briefing Claude from scratch at the start of every GTM session. Like + comment "COWORK" and I'll send it over (must be connected for priority access)

AI gives me exactly what I want on the first try now. Tested thousands of prompts and found the same 5 components in every single one that worked. Every time I got garbage, at least one was missing. Role. Task. Context. Format. Tone. That's it. Five things. Works on Claude, Gemini, Grok, ChatGPT. Any AI tool. You tell it who to be, what to do, the background that matters, how to structure the output, and how it should sound. Most people type "help me write an email" and wonder why the result is useless. The AI has a thousand possible interpretations and you gave it zero direction. Put together a full playbook with ready-to-use templates, a 30-second pre-prompt checklist, and a 3-phase iteration method that turns a solid first draft into exactly what you need. 15 minute read. The results last forever. Comment "PLAYBOOK" and I'll DM it to you (must be following)

The left has built its entire identity around Uribe and the right's alleged sins. Every time the right responds in kind, building their identity around Petro's sins, the left wins the frame. You cannot beat an identity politics movement by mirroring it. You beat it by making it irrelevant. And then making it embarrassing. A candidate who reads from notes, can't stand up straight, and needs Uribe's name to fill a speech should not inspire fear 😂. He should inspire second-hand embarrassment. Make voting for Cepeda feel like a choice people don't want to admit they made. 54 days left

🇨🇴🗳️Someone asked me: 'Why avoid mentioning Petro? Trump mentioned Biden constantly and won 🐾 Let me explain 🧵 Fair point. But look at what Trump actually said. Not 'Biden is corrupt.' He said 'Sleepy Joe.' He made him look incompetent, not criminal. Visual. Simple. Devastating. That's the difference

The face of a man who thought a multiple championship winner the greatest of all time would just open the door and let him through without a fight is hilarious. The more you watch him race or listen to him, the more you see why he hasn’t won a title.
