Having our own custom extruders and meticulously sourcing our own postconsumer PET waste (water and soda bottle flake) allows us to produce box-grade RPET (postconsumer PET) of unmatched quality, with 30%, or even 100% PCR, with no meaningful loss in quality or performance.

Other manufacturers purchase carton substrates from commercial extruders that predominantly make less demanding plastic grades primarily used for thermoforming applications.

Our extruders produce box-grade plastics exclusively, yielding premium-quality substrates that are extremely uniform, crystal clear, and defect free. We are aware of no other plastic carton producer that has invested in such a vertical integration program.

To produce the world’s highest quality printed plastic packaging, we first manufacture the finest box-grade plastics available on our own custom extruders.

No fossil fuel-derived raw materials are used to #manufacturer the RPET100 substrate, it consumes far less energy to make than virgin PET, and our increased consumption of PCR waste helps to drive the growing PET recycling infrastructure.

The printed graphic design determines how much of the carton is opaque and how much is transparent, allowing brand owners to reveal as much of their package’s contents as desired or allowed. 100% ink coverage results in a completely opaque Klearfold Keeper CR package.

Patented Klearfold Keeper CR cartons are available in two standard sizes and the internal vacuum-formed trays are fully customizable. The clear cartons can be made from durable box-grade PET, or our RPET100 substrate, which contains 100% postconsumer recycled content PET.
