Yesterday was the hardest day of my life. My incredible Nan, my rock, the woman who raised me for nearly half my life whilst my Mum was too busy working to be Mum, took her final breath after a relentless battle with Pneumonia in hospital on top of years living with Parkinson's & Dementia. She was the beating heart of my very small family & this is the day I've been petrified for since I was little. It's been a horrendous month or so for health problems with my family. I have never felt loss like this. Truly numb. 💔
