@EastMidRailway @beta_meta_hello It’s an absolute nightmare at Derby Station this morning. No clear communication. Mixed messages of what train to get and a huge number of people standing in the cold whilst a train sits empty for 30 mins. Such an unreliable service, for an eye watering price
