Thinking of doing a PhD?
My number one piece of advice is spend time finding a supervisor that you can work with.This will be the most important decision in your whole PhD.
If you find someone you can work with, it will be fine.
If you can't work with them, it will be miserable.

In my PD research, teachers who usually apply teacher-directed approaches, in which students are not supposed to discuss their ideas, teachers fail to notice students' learning issues. Then they seemed more reluctant to engage with PD opportunities.

@i_am_cryptomad @atakhalighi آدم وقتی توی یه زمینهای موفق هست، یه جایگاه ویژه مثل مرجع پیدا میکنه. بعد بنا به اصرار دیگران یا "جو گیر شدن"، شروع به اظهار نظر و یا حتی قضاوت در بسیاری از مسائل میکنه. واقعا دوری از این تله، خیلی سخته و نیاز به تمرین و ذهنآگاهی داره.

@atakhalighi باید دید به چی میگی جوگیر. اگر ترسی نداری از آینده، که خب ممکنه اشتباه باشه، اونیکه صرفا خطر رو احساس کرده رو جوگیر ممکنه خطاب کنی، که اشتباهه به نظرم. ولی اگه منظورت حرارت بیش از حد و خارج از عرفه، میتونه قضاوتت درست باشه. البته کلا سعی کن قضاوت نکنی 😉

به نظرم، میزان جوگیری مردم در انتخابات نسبت مستقیم داره با میزان بلوغ سیاسیشون.
